Happy Easter

We made it to the Cities for a quick weekend to spend with my family over Easter. We had a great time.

Friday night we met Dad and Mom in SLP at their Good Friday Church Service, dropped Coulter off-where they took him home, and Tom & I headed just a few blocks away to The Roller Gardens for a bday party. It worked perfect.

Saturday, Dad & Tom had plans to work on the kitchen remodel.

They took down cedar beams that were on the ceiling- some came down easier that others I hear. Ya see Mom, Coulter and I were out shopping a little of the afternoon, so we were not around for the destruction. Steph came out later for dinner and a movie with the family!

Easter Morning, we work up went to church. 8:30 service. I actually had to wake Coutler up(which I have NEVER done in the a.m.) so we could be out of the house, fed and clothed in time for church. WE did it. After church Tom, a very sleepy Coulter & I made a pit stop and Caribou and then home for a nap. Coulter that is. We needed him well rested for the afternoon at his Great Auntie Margarets, and of course sleepy enough for a 4 hour drive home. Done. We had a very enjoyable time with family!!
Now, home in Luverne- sigh--it feels great. 4 hours in our (MY) new car was plenty for an Easter afternoon.
I hope you all had a blessed Easter!
