To Grandmothers house we go...
Yesterday, the two little boys and I ventured to Grandma and Grandpa's house in the Cities. We timed the car ride perfect for my two little nappers. (That is just what you have to do when you drive solo). The boys did GREAT. Coulter did only nap a very s.h.o.r.t time but he was a good sport for the majority of the ride. We made a pit-stop at a DQ for a little feeding session for ALL. I must admit my was probably the most tasty!
Kinda a last minute trip up. Tom is gone hunting this weekend back in Huron, SD. I figured why not leave town too. We came a little earlier than planned too. He wanted an extra day to hunt so he took today off. BUT he didn't think of that plan till Wednesday night and wasn't sure if he could really get Friday off...so he asked first thing Thursday morning and was granted his request. (unlike a few other times when he tried)
Needless to say, the boys will do their trick-or-treating on their mom's old stomping grounds.

Hey. We are going to our church's fall festival tonight. Then we'll come home and hit 4-5 of our neighbors houses.

Jason and I sat at home from 5:30-7:45 and had 2 trick-or-treaters the entire time. We were kind of disappointed about that. :-( Hope you had fun taking Big C around on your old stomping path.
