Addictions, Confessions and Random Facts

1. I'm not even going to mention how many times (a week!) Caliente Canasta is played in my household with at least 4 people over the age of 29! You might think we were crazy. I actually just asked my game players the question last night, "What did we used to do before we started playing Canasta?"
And if I were to tell you that my sweet partner and I --hands down--had the most enjoyable "hand" 2 nights ago, would you believe me? By most enjoyable I mean MAJOR points were scored! Now just take a little guess at what that one hand totaled our points out at...go on!

2. When sleeping at night I totally prefer my stomach. Even when I am way too far along in a pregnancy. (This is not an announcement either--you could possibly be looking for one of those, say, in a few years...) Anyways, while sleeping, if I find myself on my back, I must roll back over but only prefer to go one direction--from my right to my left (clockwise). If I go the other way--it gets me all out of funk. Weird, I know. I would much rather make a 300 degree turn going clockwise than do a quick 60 degree going the opposite way. Weird! Tom did you know this random quirk?

3. We have two boys! And our two boys have many names which we refer to them as. Here we go...First up, Coulter: (just shy of 25 months) Coulter, Coulty, Coco, Coulter Bear, c-bear, The Bear. My favorite of these is Coco. That is his response when we ask him to say his name. Next up, Coy: (7 months) Coy, Coy Bear, Coy boy, Coy Bert, The Bert. It would not be uncommon for Tom to come home from work to find Coulter and I playing (while Coy naps) and ask, "Where's the Bert?" I would simply respond, "Oh he's sleeping."

4. And this big questions just in...Which of these do you chew with your teeth? A Ritz Cracker OR Milk? Because here, Coy does both!! OUCH!
