Meet our furry friend!
UPDATE: Ok, so last night I covered the hole with Coulter's outside Rubbermaid toy bucket. I was thinking it would forget about the hole and move on. Well after our outing to Edgerton this morning to meet a friend & her daughter for coffee, park time, library time and our famous Bakery stop we came home to two more holes. One on each side of the bucket. Stupid smart bunny. Any ideas on how to take care of this little pest before I call on my husband who loves to HUNT? Comment soon before bunny meets the grave...seriously!

Me thinks Mrs. Bunny is ready to lay her eggs. Let her have her nest. MOM
Louie. That's how we take care of the bunnies:) Either you scare them away or you'll have hundreds of baby bunnies sitting around your backyard. They are super cute though!

I say let her have her babies in your yard. Baby bunnies are adorable. You'll be moving anyway so even if she thinks it's the best yard ever for having babies you won't be around to deal with it in years to come. I know what Tom does to bunnies and if I hear any such stories...
put another rubbermaid bucket over the new holes...
I say let Tom do his work!! :) I am SO mean aren't I. Personally I would not want baby bunnies either, all bunnies eat plants and that makes me very unhappy, put them to the grave!
Oh and Stace, I just read your one poll about dinner and I was LOL!! That is hilarious! Glad we still met up with each other. :)
well, I hate to say it, but Lee shoots the bunny rabbits all the time, they are pests in his parents yard, and they have killed 9 already this spring, I have to say...they are pretty annoying, they eat all the plants.
I am loving all these comments! I have never studied bunnies and egg laying habits so who knows if that is really happening in our 3-holed yard.
I however was very irritated by it this afternoon (in the rain) that all I did was throw my winter boots at it...with very poor aim it hardly flinched.
I also covered the biggest hole with the Rubbermaid and haven't seen the bunny since.
So far, bunny is still alive.
What is the bunny update? Is he still alive or did Tom do his duty? I am interested to here what happened to this furry little creature.
Bunny is gone.
Not because of Tom--On it's own! Very nice to come home after a long weekend to NO BUNNY!
Oh cute! I'll trade you my deer for your bunny.
And, love the belly picture, my friend. Look at you go!
