What have you been up to?

We have managed to fill our days very full with week.
It all started out early Monday morning (as well as every other morning this week)... with VBS at our church. I am directing the "Squeeky Beaker" Preschoolers again this year! Busy planning, experimenting, playing, singing & dancing, and teaching the 3-5 year olds about Jesus! At noon everyday, it is tradition, I have learned to head over the the big city park for a picnic lunch and to let the kiddos play roughly until about 2pm. We had been blesses with perfect weather for picnics!
Last night, Tom and I took the youth group to watch a SF Canaries game vs. Whichita Wingnuts where the Wingnuts won! I much more enjoyed the social aspect vs. watching the game!

This weekend is my weekend to work, Tom gets to spend some quality time with Coulter before he and I leave for a 4 day visit to Gpa and Gma Gullifers in the Cities! My mom's bday is on Sunday so we will make it just in time to celebrate with her (if she likes to celebrate late)!!

And the main reason for our 4 day visit is to be with Coulter's cousin Brody before his big surgery on June 25th! Check out his caringbridge on my side bar. We already have plans to go to the zoo together--we can't wait.
Please keep Brody in your prayers along with his mom & dad! We know that God is watching over him and has his life in God's mighty hands!

I'll be praying for Brody. One of my friend's triplets has the same heart condition. He just turned 3 and was scheduled for his surgery a couple of weeks ago. But, because he had a cold they rescheduled it for a couple weeks from now. Anyways, I'll be praying!
