Our Destination: The Antelope Trail Lodge (pictured below)
As we headed West last weekend, we hit up all the stops on the way out to the Hills. You know the ones...Al's Oasis...Wall Drug...and of course the beautiful scenery of Western SD! Our destination was right on Terry Peak where we did a full day of skiing on Friday! It started off a little rough for some (I won't name names) but after we got the trees out of the way it was smooth skiing! Right Dre? Oh, Ooops! Friday night we headed into Deadwood. Hung out at The Top of the Ten, did a little gambling and headed back to the cabin to Hot Tub our aching muscles and play some games!
Saturday we stopped in Keystone to get some Taffy, we visited to Presidents and did a drive by at Crazy Horse. Then on to Hill City to see some shops and eat at The Alpine Inn. The Dinner we had been waiting for, for more than 17 months (that was the last time we ate there!) It was spectactular: one item dinner menu and great company all for just the right price! A must eat when you are in Hill City, SD!
